Makes 1 serving
¾ cup milk, diary or plant-based
1 scoop whey protein powder
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 tablespoons maple syrup
½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
Raspberries, for serving, optional
Cinnamon, for serving, optional
Maple syrup, for serving, optional
1. In a medium sized saucepan, add the milk, whey protein powder, cocoa powder, and maple syrup, and whisk together over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes.
2. Add the rolled oats and thoroughly combine. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
3. To serve, add raspberries, a dash of cinnamon, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
