Easy Blender Chocolate Banana Muffins

This is a great way to get your chocolate fix into a healthy lifestyle. They aren’t too sweet and packed with healthy fats as well as egg white protein. These muffins freeze well so make a big batch and thaw to use for busy mornings. 



Makes 12 muffins



½ cup butter or ghee, melted 

4 ripe bananas 

1 cup flour 

½ cup honey 

¼ cup cocoa powder, not Dutch processed 

1 teaspoon baking soda 

½ teaspoon salt 

3 scoops Farm to Muscle egg white protein powder 

¼ cup water 

½ teaspoon vanilla 



  1. Heat your oven to 350 degrees and line a muffin pan. Set aside.

  2. In a high-speed blender add the melted butter, bananas, flour, honey, cocoa, baking soda, salt, egg white protein powder, water, and vanilla. Blend until fully combined but don’t over mix.

  3. Pour into the lined muffin tins about 2/3 full. Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let them cool in the pan for a few minutes and finish on a cooling rack.
