Easy Blender Chocolate Banana Muffins

This is a great way to get your chocolate fix into a healthy lifestyle. They aren’t too sweet and packed with healthy fats as well as egg white protein. These muffins freeze well so make a big batch and thaw to use for busy mornings.
Yield:
Makes 12 muffins
Ingredients:
½ cup butter or ghee, melted
4 ripe bananas
1 cup flour
½ cup honey
¼ cup cocoa powder, not Dutch processed
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
3 scoops Farm to Muscle egg white protein powder
¼ cup water
½ teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
- Heat your oven to 350 degrees and line a muffin pan. Set aside.
- In a high-speed blender add the melted butter, bananas, flour, honey, cocoa, baking soda, salt, egg white protein powder, water, and vanilla. Blend until fully combined but don’t over mix.
- Pour into the lined muffin tins about 2/3 full. Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let them cool in the pan for a few minutes and finish on a cooling rack.
